Terms of Service
Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance and in writing, the following “Terms of Service” apply.
- All charges incurred will be billed to the client’s credit card unless prior arrangements for invoicing have been approved or a corporate billing account is already in place.
- NYC Limo Ride accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
- Prior to confirming services, credit card authorization forms must be filled out and signed.
- For security purposes, checks or cash may also be accepted, subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation.
- Checks may need to be received and cleared before the date(s) services are provided.
- Cash payments may also need to be made in advance.
- Chauffeurs do not carry change. New and one-time clients may need to present their cards for swiping.
- Additional ID verification may also be required.
Airport Pick-Ups
An additional charge of $25 will be applied for inside pick-ups for Sedans and SUVs. Inside pick-ups for Stretch Limousines will cost $50, Vans $80, and Buses $150. There is a 30-minute free waiting time for Domestic Flights and 60 minutes for International flights. Additional waiting time will be charged as follows: Sedan/SUVs $1 per minute, Vans $1.5 per minute, and all others will be charged per hour price even if it’s for 10 minutes.
Payments
Payments will be collected by “NYC Limo Ride”. Payments are collected 5/7 days before your Reservation date or upon receipt of the customer’s authorization to collect the payment.
Cancellations
- For a full refund, cancel your reservation;
- Sedan/SUV 24 hours prior, Vans 48 hours prior, and 7 days prior for buses and limousines.
- Otherwise, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refund in the case of a no-show or if the driver is en route.
Waiting/Stops
There is a 10-minute free waiting time for any non-airport pickup. Additional waiting time will be charged as follows: Sedan/SUVs $1 per minute, Vans $1.5 per minute, and all others $150 per hour even if it’s for 10 minutes. A 10/15 minute stop en route to the destination will incur an additional $20 charge on the reservation; any stop exceeding it will be charged as per waiting time.
Damages/Cleaning
Additional charges may be applied if any damages occur or if cleaning is required due to an event. The amount will be determined by the serving driver assigned to your reservation.
Payment Authorization
If your reservation exceeds $350, you will need to submit a filled and signed authorization form, along with a copy of your credit card and driving license. Otherwise, simply reply to the email with the text “I agree with the terms and conditions and authorize NYC Limo Ride to charge for the services”
Smoking Policy
Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. If the client or any passenger smokes in the vehicle, a minimum charge of $250 will be automatically applied. Any damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.
